Individual Therapy
Just as a tiny acorn, given the right nurturing, can become a magnificent oak tree, we too have the innate potential to become the best versions of ourselves with the right support and guidance.

I work with individual adults who feel lost, stuck, persistently sad, or restless—often stemming from relationship struggles, questions of identity or purpose, difficult life events and transitions, childhood trauma, or attachment wounds. I have a particular focus on those who grew up with a dysfunctional, immature, or mentally ill parent; experienced high-conflict or even abusive households; or who have not found success with therapy in the past.
My practice is inclusive and welcoming to people from all walks of life, regardless of cultural background, race, sexual orientation, gender, and relationship style. Many who seek my support are looking to do deep work and achieve profound, lasting healing and growth, rather than solely learning or relying on coping skills. Additionally, informed by my own lived experience, I often help healthcare and human service professionals, engineers, students, people of color, and first- and second-generation immigrants.

Every person is unique, and I believe therapy should honor that uniqueness. I specialize in deep exploration, transformation, and healing from trauma, but at the heart of my work is a profound and sincere respect for your personal journey. My style is often described by colleagues and clients as empathetic, collaborative, insightful, and deeply personalized. While I work primarily from a humanistic-existential perspective, I integrate a range of approaches—including psychodynamic, neuroscience-informed, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive modalities—to create an unique approach tailored to your needs and circumstances, continually adapting as you grow and change. As your life circumstances, relationships, and you evolve, so too will our work together.
As relationships, life circumstances, and you evolve, so too will our work together. Depending on where your journey leads, I may be a supportive presence as you move through painful losses; an insightful companion as we explore your deepest thoughts and feelings; or a knowledgeable and gentle guide as we dive deep, working to gradually break free from the shackles of past wounds and traumas, heal, and reclaim what was painfully taken from you—moving toward wholeness.
The journey toward self-discovery, freedom, and wholeness is often not an easy one, but I am here to support and guide you every step of the way.
